The Character-based Capitalism Program – Strategic Leadership for an Innovative Culture©. A facilitated workshop series for a company’s most senior leaders, this program focuses on applying leadership practices for a culture of Character-based Capitalism. Senior leaders engage in developing the company’s organizational purpose (values, vision, mission, and goal) as well as establishing the Organizational Leadership System through which Human Resource and communication processes build and reinforce the culture. The five half-day workshops are guided through digital workbooks and preparatory videos. The program can be conducted virtually, which is a topic during the facilitator certification webinar.
